ini cubaan kali kedua, so today nak kongsi resepi yang mudah dan cepat nie.
- 2 potong chicken breast (boleh ganti part lain)
- 1 biji bawang besar
- 1 ulas garlic
- 1 table spoon pounded black papper (blender pun boleh, nak lagi pedas letak lagi)
- 1 table spoon of oyster sauce
- 3 table spoon of soy sauce
- 2 table spoon of honey
- (mixed all together, and biarkan sebati rasa ayam dan rempah about 15 mins)
- 3 potato
- (boiled in warm water, sampai masak. boleh juga di bakar)
- ready mixed salad (from tesco)
- thousand island sauce
lepas perap ayam selama 15 mins, boleh lah bakar at 180°C selama 20 minit.
bila ayam dh masak, boleh mula platting. letak kentang rebus yang telah dibelah dua. letak salad, letak thousand island sauce and lastly, put the grilled chicken. senangkan......???
