to be frank this is my first experience!
Since Rayna having this infection, I'm so eager to know more about baby and toddler viral infection...so I found this website really helps me by answering all question in my head (http://www.baby-medical-questions-and-answers.com/toddler-infections.html)
Baby and toddler infections are common. Most are caused by viruses (so called viral infections) and most involve the upper respiratory tract (the common cold is the prime example) which are known as viral upper respiratory tract infections. However, some infections are caused by bacteria and will require antibiotics for treatment.
Infant and toddler fever is a common occurrence. A fever is when the body temperature is elevated. The normal body temperature is 37 degrees Celsius(37 C) or 98.6 degrees Farenheit (98.6 F). Once the temperature reaches 38 C or 101 F, we call that fever (or we say the child is febrile or is running a temperature).
It is such a worry when your baby feels hot and has a high temperature. You feel you must bring the temperature down. You are concerned that your baby may be very sick. Don't worry too much. Being febrile is a normal body response and all babies will have a high temperature (have a fever) at some stage. As for Rayna, i'm using asam jawa to bring down the temperature...alhamdulillah berkesan. Not to forget, I basahkan kain n letak kat kepala dia :) pity ma daughter
How to use asam jawa? amik 1 genggam asam jawa, gaul dengan sedikit air...n jadikan die paste yg pekat. Letak di ubun-ubun n seluruh kepala...n if sgt panas letak jugak kat badan dan di celah2 ketiak baby....insyaallah berkesan :)
As at today Rayna is getting better, even xde senyuman manis di bibir tp Rayna dah x panas sgt lagi, pity her sbb I terpaksa tinggalkan die dgn mama lela (bbsitter)....huhuhu i can't wait to go home
